EN Tolè spumante di cortese

Tolé is a sparkling wine that wants to represent the
playful but also important face of our main white grape variety: Cortese.

With 30 months of aging on the lees, this classic method has finesse and minerality, precisely derived from the Tolé vineyard. With a straw color with green reflections, our Cortese Metodo Classico shows aromas of exotic fruit, citrus fruits, accompanied by mineral notes given by the marl soils, and in the mouth it is fresh, linear and enveloping, thanks to a natural residual sugar that makes it Extra Brut style.

This sparkling wine is Marengo DOC, a denomination that celebrates the origin of the vine in the province of Alessandria.
